So it's official, BioWare founders Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk are retiring from EA/BioWare and game development in general. After the reception ME3 and DA2 got, and the direction EA has announced they want to go in, it's pretty clear why.
I guess the one good thing is that they have officially announced an Omega DLC for ME3, which it was pretty obvious they were going to do, but that's good. As dumb as the ending of ME3 is (yes, even with the Extended Cut) I still really like it and want to play more of it.
They also are working on DA3 and another full ME game. Those, I couldn't care less about. I get the feeling that we've gotten to the point where, just like movies, and the Internet, the vast majority of games are going to be lowest-common denominator garbage from now on, which is something EA excels at cranking out.
